Registering With The Practice
If you live within the practice area you can apply to join the practice list by contacting reception. Please complete registration form and health questionnaire
You should complete your medical card giving details of your new address. The practice will then add your details to our computer system and forward the completed card to Lothian Health Board for your registration details to be processed.
All new patients are asked to arrange an introductory appointment with the practice nurse or health care assistant. You will be asked details of past illnesses, current medication and a brief medical check will be performed.
This data will be used by the practice until your medical records have been forwarded by Lothian Health Board.

If you have changed your name, address or telephone number ( landline or mobile), please advise the reception staff at the practice.
If you have changed your name or address you will be asked to complete a form for all members of your household.

The Practice Area is bounded by Macmerry, Greendykes, Wheatrig, Coates, Bryes, Camptoun, Athelstaneford and Markle Mains to the North.
South
Lammermuir Hills to the South.
East
Overhailes, Traprain Law, Garvald, Nunraw, White Castle to the foot of the Lammermuir Hills to the East.
West
Hattonhill, Highlea, Pencaitland to the West.
